Encouragement is a big one for me. Seems like it is so easy to get frustrated. Also anything that would help with getting more organized in the worship team.

I need resources for small group formation and also powerpoint presentation for illustrations.I am also looking for ideas to help the youth ministry.
Being at a small church means limited budgets (but everyone wants to feel the momentum that large churches can project). Since we use Easyworship, these backgrounds are great. I’d like to add simple loops for worship backgrounds and occasional short video clips. Also, a couple simple countdown timers would be great!
